They are always the first to step up, tackling any tasks they ask of others—whether it's cleaning restrooms, mowing the grass, or sharing the message of Christ. However, their foremost desire is to support you, pray for you, and build a genuine connection with you.

Tim and Tracie Hannah
Treasurer/Deacon
Tim and Tracie are founding members of Revive. With a heart dedicated to serving and spreading love, they actively participate in many areas of the church. Outside of church, Tim and Tracie enjoy spending time with their three dogs, friends, and family. They have three wonderful sons, one of whom has gone on to be with the Lord, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and two handsome grandsons.
Jeremiah and Courtney Campana
Childrens' Director
Jeremiah Campana serves as Children’s Ministry Director. He and his wife Courtney are the proud parents of their daughter Carmella and their three dogs Cooper, Roux, and Gretchen. Courtney works as a Physician Assistant at Grant Hospital in Columbus and is an excellent cook and an amazing person (even though she’s a Michigan fan).
Jeremiah stepped into ministry in March 2026 after years in sales and insurance. A Christian podcaster since 2022, he longed for a role where he could make a lasting Kingdom impact rather than simply punching the clock. With a heart for discipleship and organization, he is building a well-oiled children’s ministry program that equips kids to grow in their faith and is designed so that anyone could step in and keep it running smoothly should he ever step away.
A fun fact about Jeremiah is that he is a competitive bocce ball player. He and his family are excited to welcome every child and family into the Revive family and help them take their next step with Jesus.
Rob and Amber Mitchell
Trustee and Secretary
Rob and Amber have been with Revive for 10 years. They have a son, Logan, who actively serves alongside them. Rob serves as a trustee, while Amber is the secretary of Revive. They have a strong desire to help and bless others. In their free time, they enjoy riding motorcycles, caring for their dogs, cats, and chickens, and spending quality time with their extended family.
Gary Likens
Praise and Worship Leader
Gary has been our Praise Leader for the past four years, bringing a wealth of experience from his many years of performing in a band. Together with his wife, Anita, they are deeply committed to uplifting their community and making a meaningful impact. Their active involvement in numerous local groups and organizations showcases their dedication to helping others and strengthens the bonds within our community.
Cole and Haleigh Blanton
Youth Directors
Cole and Haleigh have been part of Revive for several years and are thankful for the church family God has placed in their lives. They enjoy serving wherever there is a need, whether that’s at church events, with Revive Student Ministries, or alongside the church family in everyday moments.
They’re blessed with two great kids, Ryleigh and Rhett. Outside of church, you’ll usually find them off-roading in their Jeep, hanging out with friends, or cheering their kids on from the sidelines at their games. Ryleigh also enjoys serving on the praise team and helping in the elementary class often.
Their heart is to invest in students, point them to Jesus, and help create a place where teens feel loved, known, and encouraged to grow in their faith.
Gary and Laura Rensi
Gary and Laura are the parents of five children, including two adopted ones, demonstrating their remarkable love and commitment to family. Gary not only leads our new member classes but also serves as a lead teacher for our Wednesday Night Bible studies. His deep passion for the gospel and dedication to studying scripture ensure that everyone is equipped with the truth. Meanwhile, Laura, our Connections Director, embodies a gentle spirit that enriches our Women's Group. Together, the Rensis engage in homeschooling and caring for their dogs, chickens, and rabbits.
Pastor Anthony & Lacey
Meet Pastor Anthony and his wife, Lacey! Anthony has been the Pastor of Revive for eleven years. Their lives are filled with fun thanks to their two awesome teens, Lydia and Liam, who definitely keep things exciting!
The Smiths have a big heart for reaching the communities of London and Madison County with the Gospel. They desire a church where everyone feels that warmth of unity and love, and is equipped with the truth.
When they're not at Revive, you can find them having a blast on camping trips, riding motorcycles, playing with their dogs, Copper and Major, and enjoying just about every fun opportunity that pops up! Life for the Smith family is all about glorifying God, furthering the Kingdom, and making meaningful memories together!
